| 摘 要： | 针对当前建设工程质量检测的送样制度——见证取样制度,本文从其制度的发展历程、对工程质量的推动作用及现阶段存在的问题进行了分析,提出了在新形势下应尽快建立检测机构现场取样制度,实现责权相统一的管理体制,切实提高工程质量的建议.

| Abstract: | The sample delivery system and witness the sampling system in engineering quality test were analyzed from the aspects of the system history, promote for engineering quality and the problems at the present. Proposed the system of establish sampling in-site system for test organization and the system of duty and power united management to improve the quality. |
