| 摘 要： | 针对某办公大楼工程出现的预应力管桩质量事故,根据桩基静载试验及低应变动测情况,从施工工艺、工序等方面进行了分析。在查明事故原因的基础上,介绍了事故桩的处理方案和实施效果,并探讨了预应力管桩设计和施工中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Pointing against a prepress tubular pile accident in an office building, according to pile foundation static load experiment and measuring low strain, analysis on construction technic and process is made. Investigating the reason of the accident, treatment process and the effect are introduced, also the main point should be pay attention to in the prepress tubular pile design and construction has been discussed. |
