纤维复合材料正拉粘结强度评定标准浅析

摘    要:对于纤维复合材料(FRP)加固混凝土结构的施工质量,现行标准采用检测其正拉粘结强度的方法来进行评定。通过解读相关标准的具体规定,并对C15~C45等不同强度等级的混凝土试块侧面粘贴碳纤维后进行的试验表明,轴心抗拉强度与正拉粘结强度在概念上是不相同的,而现行标准中纤维复合材料的施工质量评定指标偏于严格,易造成误判。

Abstract:The current standard of FRP( Fiber-Reinforced-Plastics ) concrete construction quality is evaluated by testing normal bonding strength. The provisions in relevant standards were studied, and the concrete blocks with different strength grade from C15 to C45 were prepared, and the carbon fiber was bonded on the sides of block. The tested result of the blocks explained that it is differ- ent conceptual between axial tensile strength and normal bonding strength. The assessment indicators of carbon fiber construction quality in current standard are somewhat like strict, and lead to mistake estimate easily.
