摘    要:以羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷为主要原材料,添加适量的填料、增塑剂、交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂等助剂,制得脱酮肟型单组分硅酮密封胶。重点分析了不同用量的酮肟型交联剂在硅酮密封胶中应用的效果,以及由此带来的密封胶各项性能变化的规律。交联剂的添加量过多或不足均会造成密封胶最终产品性能缺陷。实际生产中,应根据应用领域的不同,合理选择交联剂的用量。

Abstract:Using hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane as main raw material, adding appropriate amounts of fillers,plasticizers, cross-linking agents, coupling agents, catalysts and other auxiliary agents, a de-ketoxime type one-component silicone sealant is prepared. The effects of different amounts of ketoxime crosslinkers in silicone sealants are analyzed, as well as the laws of the performance changes of the sealants. Too much or insufficient addition of cross-linking agent will cause defects in the performance of the final sealant. In actual production, the amount of cross-linking agent should be reasonably selected according to the different application fields.
