非热敏催化剂型喷涂聚氨酯硬泡研究

摘    要:针对低温环境下聚氨酯硬泡室外喷涂施工存在限制的问题,本研究制备了一种非热敏催化剂,不同温度下的试验表明该催化剂对温度不敏感;室外施工试验证明采用该催化剂的聚氨酯硬泡配方可在11℃下施工,泡沫的性能满足GB 50404-2007《硬质聚氨酯保温防水工程技术规范》的要求.

Abstract:A new type of non-thermal catalyst is prepared in order to solve the issue on the spraying of rigid polyurethane foam at low temperatures.Experiments at different temperatures indicate the catalyst is temperature-insensitive.Trial construction in the open air shows rigid polyurethane foam prepared by the catalyst can applied at 11 ℃ and the foam meets the requirements of GB 50404—2007 《Technical code for rigid polyurethane foam insulation and waterproof engineering》.
