| 摘 要： | 介绍了化学灌浆设备的分类方法和命名要素,分析了多种化学灌浆设备的工作原理,比较了其性能上的优缺点。化学灌浆泵从灌浆方法上比较,泵后混合双液化学灌浆泵性能最佳;就驱动方式而言,各有其优缺点,应根据实际场合选用;就压力控制方式来看,最好选用性能较高的闭环PID控制方式。

| Abstract: | The article introduces classification and nomenclature of chemical grouting equipment,analyses operation principle and the pros and cons of various kinds.It indicates two shot grouting pump is the best in term of performance,each has his own strong points and proper place in terms of working mode,the equipment with closed loop PID control mode is recommended from viewpoint of pressure control. |
