立面专用双组分聚氨酯防水涂料的研究

摘    要:研制了立面专用双组分聚氨酯防水涂料,探讨了二官能度聚醚与三官能度聚醚的比例、增稠剂、填料对产品力学性能、触变性、下垂度的影响。结果表明:A组分中二、三官能度聚醚的摩尔比为2,B组分中复配增稠剂用量为2.5%时,制备的立面专用双组分聚氨酯防水涂料综合性能最佳。

Abstract:Two-component polyurethane waterproofing coating using for facades is developed, and the influences of the proportion of two functional polyether to three functional polyether, thickening agent and filler on mechanical properties,thixotropy and sag of the coating are discussed. The results showed that the two-component polyurethane waterproofing coating using for facade has the best comprehensive performances when the above proportion in A component is 2 and the dosage of built thickening agent in B component is 2.5%.
