| Abstract: | Analyzes the existing problems of the central heating systems, such as, the fees can't reflect the real heat consumption,the room temperature of some consumers can't reach design demand and the heating cost is too high, It also puts forward the solutions according to the present energy-saving policy and economytechnology conditions, such as heat measure, pipenet resistance balance and heating regulation. |
