光催化型过滤器分解有机化合物的实验研究

摘    要:以TVOC及甲醛为测试对象对光催化型过滤器分解VOCs的性能进行了实验测试。结果显示:光催化型空调过滤器能有效分解VOCs,能在较短的时间内(12h)使室内VOCs的浓度达到GB/T-18883-2002的要求;其平均反应速率及分解效率随着过滤器层数的增加而增加,并且其分解效率随面风速的增加而略有降低(当面风速从0.42m/s增加至0.8m/s时,在第3小时,分解效率下降了约5%);对于室内VOCs浓度较低的民用建筑,光催化分解过程中的反应速率与反应浓度成正比。

Abstract:Degradation performance of photocatalytic filter for total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) and formaldehyde is tested.The results show that photocatalytic filter can effectively degradate TVOC and formaldehyde,and indoor air quality(IAQ) can satisfy the demands of GB/T-18883-2002 standard during shortage term(less than 12 h).Average reaction rate and degradation efficiency increase with filter layer increasing,and degradation efficiency decrease lightly with face velocity increasing(degradation efficiency decrease about 5 % when face velocity from 0.42 m/s to 0.8 m/s);and average reaction rate of photocatalytic degradation is proportion to reaction concentration in domestic building of low VOCs concentration.
