空调管网中加压泵的控制方法研究

摘    要:对供热、空调水系统中使用加压泵的可行性进行了分析,并导出了节能率计算公式,指出当最不利环路阻力较次最不利环路的阻力达30%以上时,宜采用加压泵。分析了一次泵空调系统中加压泵的控制方法,认为常规控制方法仍可沿用,并提出了空调供冷和供热情形下加压泵的具体调节方法。

Abstract:The feasibility of using booster pumps in HVAC water loops was analyzed in this paper. the formula for estimating energy saving rate was derived as booster pumps are used. And it is pointed out that it is suitable to use booster pumps when the resistance of the worst loop is 30 % more than the resistance of the second worst loop. And it is indicated that the control way of the booster pump and considers conventional control way is still workable in primary pump air-conditioning systems. Finally, the regulation method of booster pumps when air-conditioning systems are run for cooling and heating is presented.
