相变材料在建筑中的应用

摘    要:相变材料是一种高效的贮热物质。在一定的温度下,它发生相变,并伴随着吸热、放热。根据相变材料化学成分、相变过程形态和相变温度,相变材料可以分为不同的种类。相变材料结合微胶囊技术制造的相变材料微胶囊具有导热系数好,易于与建筑材料结合,经济等优点。本文介绍了相变材料在墙体、混凝土制品、地板中的应用,以达到节能和室内舒适的目的,并指出了今后还需要进一步研究的一些问题。

Abstract:Phase Change Materials (PCM) is a high thermal storage substance. It can change its phase with absorbing or releasing heat in a specific temperature. According to its chemical component, transforming process and phase change temperature, PCM can be classified into several types. Microencapsulated phase change materials produced by PCM and microencapsulated technology have the advantages of good conduction, mixing easily with structural materials and economy. Some properties of PCM in buildings were introduced. Applications on wallboard, concrete products and floor were summarized. Some questions researched in the future were presented.
