摘    要:火电厂汽机房设备散热量大,浮升力致使热量在厂房上部积聚,底层温度较低,而高层温度超标,难以下降。运用数值模拟方法,针对采用自然进风、机械排风通风方式的某电厂汽机房,研究分析各层通风量变化对内部温度分布的影响,进而解决高层温度超标问题。研究结果表明,在底层工作面平均温度不超过设计要求及排风量保持不变的基础上,减少底层通风量,从而使得高层通风量增加,可以有效降低高层工作面的温度,使其达到设计要求。

Abstract:Thermal power plant steam room has large heat load,and the thermal buoyancy causes the heat to accumulate in the upper part of the plant.The bottom temperature is low with the upper layer temperature exceeds the standard and it’s difficult to reduce.Using numerical simulation to analyze the effect of air volume changes to the internal temperature distribution and solve the problem of upper layer temperature over-standard in steam room with natural air inlet and mechanical exhaust.The results show that reducing the bottom air volume based on the average temperature of the bottom work-plane doesn’t exceed the design requirements and the exhaust air volume remains unchanged,so that the upper layer air volume is increased,which can effectively lower the upper layer work-plane temperature and meet the design requirements.
