LUMINOUS CITY

The Quartier des sPectacles is a vast area in downtown Montreal. This unique urban space offers a variety of activities.by day and by night, while welcoming a diverse population all year long. The neighbourhood is home to a unique concentration of 28 performance venues, institutions, cultural exhibition and performance spaces; some indoors, others open to the street and, during the summer months, the sky. These open-air stages are the site of numerous international festivals （Festival International de Jazz de Montreal, Just for Laughs Festival, FrancoFolies de Montreal, and more）.
