拉萨哲蚌寺泥石流危险性分析与防治措施

摘    要:拉萨哲蚌寺坐落于泥石流的老堆积扇上,形成区呈漏斗形,泥石流固体物质来源丰富,坡体陡峭,暴雨汇集流量大,治理措施简单,存在巨大的安全隐患。通过对泥石流的形成条件及特征等进行勘察,从而计算分析泥石流潜在危险等级、易发程度及危害范围等。根据计算最大洪峰量、平均流速、大石块运动速度及冲出固体物质总量,提出了相应的防治措施及方案。对保护哲蚌寺文物及当地居民的生命财产具有重要的作用。

Abstract:Lhasa Drepung Monastery is located in the old accumulation in fan of debris flow accumulation area, with a funnel forming region. The source of solid material is rich, the slope is steep, storm flow is large, measures are simple, so there is a huge security risk. Therefore, this paper based on the research of the debris flow formation conditions and characteristics, so as to calculate debris flow potential dangerous levels, prone degree, and the damage range, etc, and puts forward the corresponding prevention measures and solutions according to calculate the maximum peak flow quantity, average flow velocity, large stones motion speed and the total quantity of rushed solid. It plays an important role in protecting the Drepung cultural relics and residents’life and property.
