摘    要:微博的崛起对于任何一个行业而言,都是难得的机遇。由于目前针对地产项目微博的传播研究相对较少,在本文中,笔者将基于SWOT模式对于湖南长沙"万科城市花园虹馆"的传播策略进行分析,以期为后续研究提供一定的支撑。

Abstract:For any industry, the rise of Weibo is a rare opportunity. As the communication research of Weibo for real estate project is relatively small, this article will be based on the SWOT model on "Wanke city garden rainbow house" in Chang- sha city, Hunan, analyzing the communication strategies, in order to provide certain support for the follow - up study.
