掺玄武岩纤维混凝土隧道喷射施工技术研究

通过掺加玄武岩纤维材料能够明显提升素混凝土的强度、抗回弹、粘附力等指标,非常适用于隧道衬砌喷射混凝土施工工况。本文以掺玄武岩纤维混凝土衬砌喷射施工技术为研究对象,对玄武岩纤维的改性特性进行了针对性分析,并就相应的衬砌喷射施工环节的部分问题进行分析,提出了相应的施工建议。

Study on shotcrete construction technology of basalt fiber concrete tunnel

By adding basalt fiber material,plain concrete strength,resilience,adhesion and other indicators can be significantly improved,which is very suitable for tunnel lining shotcrete construction conditions.Taking the basalt fiber concrete lining shotcrete construction technology as the research object,this paper makes a pertinent analysis on the modification characteristics of basalt fiber,and the corresponding lining shotcrete construction ring.Some problems in the section are analyzed and corresponding construction suggestions are put forward.
