PHC管桩桩基整体偏位处理实例分析

摘    要:结合某高层办公楼PHC管桩桩基整体偏位处理的工程实例,介绍了采用管内加深灌芯深度补强PHC管桩、在桩底混凝土中掺入PEA膨胀剂的钻孔灌注桩补强桩基偏位地基的综合处理方法,总结了在处理PHC管桩桩基整体偏位时应特别注意的若干事项,提出了整体偏位桩基在长期竖向荷载作用下应考虑桩身弯曲及土体蠕变的问题,可供有关工程技术人员参考借鉴。

Abstract:According to case analysis of solving integral drifting problem in PHC pipe pile foundation of a high-rise office building, the comprehensive methods of strengthening the foundation with deepening the concrete infilling in pipe piles and incorporation of PEA expanding agents at the bottom of the cast-in-place piles are presented in this paper. Several important issues during the solving process are concluded. The items including pile bending and soil-motion should be taken into account when integral drifting pipe pile foundation is enduring long-term vertical load. The experience can be used as the reference for structural engineers.
