| 摘 要： | 上海城投控股大厦是一幢高层办公楼,地下3层,地面以上主体21层。结构主体采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,属于平面特别不规则超限高层建筑。在建筑的地下层位置,有上海市外滩双层隧道穿越,并且隧道排烟井与高层办公楼结合,实现了高空排放的环保要求,在土地综合利用上具有示范价值。本文介绍了该超限高层建筑的基础和地下室设计、结构布置、主要计算结果,以及采用基于性能的抗震设计方法(包括小震弹性计算、中震不屈服构件验算、罕遇地震下弹塑性分析)和采取的主要措施,同时满足办公建筑和隧道、排烟井的结构设计要求。
