摘    要:根据大射电望远镜(FAST)主动反射面的变形及运动要求,采用球面三角形网格划分方法,提出了反射面支承结构的全球面张拉索网格系设计方案,所用网格划分形式及利用直线索模拟球面圆弧线的方法能满足FAST工作精度的要求。利用非线性有限元理论,考虑几何非线性影响进行时变索网的成形和受力分析计算,对预应力成形状态、承载力状态及正常工作状态进行详细分析计算,优化确定了较为合适的反射面预应力张拉索网体系方案。

Abstract:According to the deformation and movement requirements of the reflector of large radio telescope FAST,a prestressed changeable spherical cable network,in which the triangle mesh is adopted,is proposed to support the active reflector. The errors produced in the spherical mesh and the substitution of a spherical arc with a straight line can satisfy the precision of FAST reflector. Taking account the geometric nonlinearity,nonlinear finite element theory is used for the calculation of the form finding,deformation behavior and load capacity of the cable network. A suitable spherical mesh method and an optimal prestress distribution are determined for FAST reflector.
