历史建筑性能化隔震设计方法初探

摘    要:历次地震中,历史建筑的不同震害往往伴随着历史文物价值不同程度的丧失.在城市功能提升和可持续发展中,有必要针对已损伤老化的历史建筑结构,采取合理的加固改造措施,以实现历史建筑的保护和再利用.本文提出性能化隔震的两阶段设计方法,即首先对历史建筑进行性能评估,明确其保护需求;再依据主体结构、关键非结构构件以及隔震层构件的性能指标进行性能化隔震设计,满足设定的性能需求.结合两幢典型历史建筑案例分析,验证了所提出的性能化隔震设计方法的合理性及有效性.

Abstract:In previous earthquakes,different seismic damages to historical buildings were often accompanied by the loss of the value of historical relics to varying degrees.In the promotion and sustainable development of urban functions,it is necessary to take reasonable retrofiting and reconstruction measures to realize the protection and reuse for the damaged and aged historical building structures.Hereafter a two-stage design procedure for performance-based isolation was proposed.Firstly,the performance of historical buildings is evaluated,with the protection target clear,and then performance-based isolation design is carried out according to performance indicators:the main structure,key non-structural components,and isolation layer component,which can meet the performance requirements.Combining the analysis of two typical historical buildings,the rationality and validity of proposed two-stage performance-based isolation design procedure were verified.
