黄土隧道洞口浅埋偏压段关键施工技术研究

摘    要:结合郑西铁路客运专线潼洛川隧道出口工程实例,介绍了大断面黄土隧道洞口浅埋偏压段的关键施工技术:长管棚加导向墙与超前小导管预支护,CRD施工方法,及利用监控量测反馈信息指导施工。实践证明,所采取的措施有效地控制了施工变形量,防止隧道塌方事故,为今后类似工程提供了有益的借鉴和指导。

Abstract:This paper documents a case history of the Tong-Luochuan Tunnel construction in the Zhengzhou-Xi’an high speed passenger rail project.The construction aspects of the construction of a large cross section with shallow covered slope in the collapsible loess are introduced.These techniques include: Long pipe roof with guide wall and small diameter guide pipe grouting pre-shielding;Cross Diaphragm(CRD) method;Observation Method(construction is guided with the observed information).The construction practice indicated that these construction techniques effectively reduced the deformation during the construction and prevented the tunnel collapsing accidents.
