| Abstract: | This paper presents a case of the geotechnical investigation and analysis for a business reception center facility. Both field investigation and laboratory test results are analyzed. The optimized foundation type and its bearing stratum are determined. The selected foundation has the characteristics of cost effective and construction efficient. |
