摘    要:兴隆水利枢纽是在汉江中下游拟建的南水北调配套工程之一;主体建筑物将建在深厚的粉细砂层上。该地层结构较疏松、压缩性较大、承载力较低,根据工程地质特点,拟采用搅拌桩处理疏松的粉细砂层,采用格栅式布置。为了合理有效地设计格栅状深层搅拌桩处理方案,有必要通过试验研究确定搅拌桩的设计、施工参数。在室内搅拌成形等试验的基础上,通过现场搅拌桩试验桩施工,有针对性地研究了深厚粉细砂层搅拌桩的施工工艺,提出了粉细砂层水泥搅拌桩施工的建议参数和工艺。

Abstract:The Xinglong hydro-junction is one of the assistant projects in the South to North water transfer canal planned to build in upper and lower reach of Hanjiang River. The principal parts will be built on deep fine sand stratum. Structure of this stratum is a little loose, great compressed and low bearing. According to the engineering geology properties, it is planned to adopt mixing piles to deal with the loose fine sand stratum with distribution of grid-type. In order to supply reasonable treatment method of deep mixing piles with distribution of grid-type, it is necessary to determine design and construction parameter, of mixing piles in fine sand stratum foundation through experiments. According to the laboratory simulating test achievement, it has studied construction technology of mixing piles in deep fine sand stratum, and put forward suggested construction parameter and technology of cement mixing piles in fine sand stratum.
