| 摘 要： | 本文分析和探究了西方现代城市更新运动的思想渊源和政策演变,并对其发展趋向和基本特征作了阐述,揭示了西方现代城市更新运动的发展是一个由一向以大规模拆除重建为主、目标单一、内容狭窄的城市更新和贫民窟清理,转向以谨慎渐进式改建为主、目标广泛、内容丰富的社区邻里更新的发展过程。
