| 摘 要： | 以江苏省开展的三个都市圈规划为例 ,探讨了都市圈的概念和特征 ,分析了都市圈规划的背景、地位、类型 ,提出了都市圈规划的主要内容。指出都市圈是当前我国城市化发达地区的重要城镇空间组织形式之一 ,是当前新城市区域规划的主要代表。规划的主要内容包括地域空间结构、基础设施网络、生态建设与环境保护、重点区域协调管治、协调措施和政策研究五个方面

| Abstract: | This paper taking Jiangsu Province as the example discusses the basic concept and characteristics of metropolitan region, as well as the background, legal status, patterns and main tasks of planning for these regions. The author believes that the metropolitan region is an important type of urban spatial organization in high-developed urbanization areas, while the planning for it is a representative of contemporary regional planning. The main contents for this plan include regional spatial structure, infrastructure networks, ecological system and environmental protection, governance for key coordinating sub-regions, measurements and policy studies. |
