| 摘 要： | 席卷全球的金融风暴促使中国不得不面临产业调整的压力,这既是危机也是机遇。随之而来的是城市的转型,城市发展需要从简单的外延式扩张走向内涵式发展的道路,实现城市空间结构的调整。这就需要重新思考城市地租理论对城市空间结构的影响。目前中国的工业、办公和居住用地的地租曲线呈现一种新的发展趋势,即工业地租曲线水平化、办公物业郊区化与集群化、居住地租曲线波浪式下降,城市规划可以借鉴这些理论来思考城市空间的结构调整与跨越式发展。
