| 摘 要： | 文章在对我国城市公共空间规划设计中公众参与的现状进行深入剖析的基础上,提出了实施公众参与,必须要转变思想观念,从组织机构和法律制度两方面建立实施公众参与的保障机制,并充分发挥现代信息社会中媒体及网络的作用,增强公众参与城市规划的可操作性。

| Abstract: | By studying the present condition of public par-ticipation in the city public space planning in China, this studysuggests that an institutional framework and legislation must beestablished to ensure the public participation to be effective inthe whole process. It also emphasizes on ideological shifting andmedia promotion, because in today s information era the mediahas worked as a direct bridge between the planners and thepublic. |
