1980年代以来杭州市暂住人口的空间分布及演化

对 198 0年代以来杭州市区暂住人口的空间分布格局及其演化模式进行了总结 ,结果表明 :一方面 ,市区暂住人口数量较高的街区的分布经历了一个向四周外延扩展的过程 ;另一方面 ,市区暂住人口的分布又经历了一个在城市内部圈层之间 (尤其是中心区与中心区以外的市区 )重新分配的过程。在杭州市新一轮城市规划调整过程中 ,有必要参考市区暂住人口空间分布格局及其演化模式 ,增强城市内部各种基础设施规划的合理性。另外 ,暂住人口比重的空间差异及违法犯罪的空间差异特征 ,对城市社区政府相关政策的制订和城市管理工作大有裨益

AN EVALUATION OF THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF TEMPORARY DWELLERS IN HANGZHOU CITY IN 1980S

This paper gives an idea of the spatial distribution and the evolution of the temporary dwellers in Hangzhou since 1980s. It is suggested that the infrastructure planning should be integrated with such distribution. The author also believes that the spatial differential of temporary dwellers ratio and the crime ratio will be of most importance for the related policy makers at city and community levels.
