从长期的城市设计实践过程中解读城市设计

立足于中规院深圳分院在珠三角地区和深圳市20多年的城市设计实践,总结了提高城市设计有效性的操作方法,包括对城市设计过程的认识、对城市设计实践角度的拓展,以及对开放式城市设计控制平台的创建。提出要想在弹性和可控之间取得平衡,城市设计应是一个设计和实施没有断裂的过程的观点。针对规划师自上而下的城市设计实践,建议以积极开放的思维方式和不断完善的专业服务,使城市设计成为谋求和谐发展的有效途径。同时也期待以强烈的责任感和社会意识,参与到更多的中国城市建设中。

PARAPHRASE OF URBAN DESIGN IN LONG TERM PRACTICE

On the basis of 22 years' urban design practice of China Academy Urban Planning and De-sign Shenzhen in Pearl River Delta and Shenzhen,this paper generalizes methods of improving the ef-fectiveness of urban design including alternative analy-sis of urban design process,expansion of the urban design practice spectrum and establishment of open platform for urban design.It argues that urban design should be a continual process between design and implementation so as to come to a balance between flexibility and controllability.It also suggest that plan-ners should have aspiring and open mind and as well as improving professional services to make urban design an effective way toarchieve for harmonious development.
