| 摘 要： | 在我国,城市工业遗产还是崭新的课题,在如火如荼的城市工业遗产保护与再利用过程中难免会出现很多的问题,导致了城市工业遗产的保护与再利用的不可持续。究其原因,整体观的缺失是问题的本质所在。在城市工业遗产再利用的功能定位中需要整体观,只有具备了"自上而下"与"自下而上"双向互动的城市规划的整体思考方法,城市工业遗产才能成为城市中再生的细胞。

| Abstract: | This paper argues that the city industrial heritage is a new issue in China,and there are unavoidable problems in the protection and reuse of the city industrial heritages,which lead to the unsustainable development of the heritages. The absence of holistic concept is the key to the problems. Only with both top-down and bottom-up interactions in the holistic planning method,can the city industrial heritages be the regenerated city cells. |
