外来务工人员就业空间的演变机理和核心过程

改革开放以来,大量外来务工人员进入城市求职,占据并逐步改变了城市的空间生态和结构,同时,城市外来务工人员就业空间也在发生持续性的演化。本文借鉴相关理论,构建了外来务工人员就业空间演变"双端双层"的诠释框架。在此基础之上,通过"动阻结合"的空间"双重效应",剖析外来务工人员就业空间演变的内在机理;提出"劳动力要素+空间"和"资本要素+空间"的"双套循环"模型,解释外来务工人员就业空间演变的核心过程;进而推演出外来务工人员就业空间演变的"三大阶段"。

EVOLUTION MECHANISM AND CORE PROCESS OF EMPLOYMENT SPACE OF MIGRANT WORKERS

Since the reform and opening up, a large number of rural migrant workers have entered cities for job opportunities, occupying and gradually changing urban spatial ecology and structure. At the same time, the employment space of migrant workers in a city is also undergoing continuous evolution. Based on relevant theories, this paper first constructs an interpretation framework of "double ended & double layer" for the evolution of migrant workers' employment space. Then, the paper analyzes the internal evolution mechanism of migrant workers' employment space through the "dual effects" of motivity and resistance. Accordingly, it proposes a "double cycle" model consisting of "labor factor & space" and "capital factor & space," to explain the core evolution process of migrant workers' employment space. Finally, it deduces the "three stages" of the evolution of migrant workers' employment space.
