| 摘 要： | 以江苏省为例 ,分析了小城镇发展中的用地问题 ,指出 ,小城镇设置具有一定的盲目性 ,造成了一定程度的土地资源浪费 ;人均用地较多 ,小城镇发展是全省耕地减少的一大原因 ;小城镇土地利用粗放 ,用地结构不尽合理 ;乡镇企业过于分散 ,浪费了土地资源 ,与城市化发展的要求也不相适应。在此基础上 ,提出了江苏省小城镇合理用地的建议 :强化节约用地观念 ;将小城镇宏观布局纳入区域规划体系中 ;充分挖掘小城镇存量土地潜力 ,内涵和外延发展并重 ;优化用地结构 ,改善人居环境质量 ,增加吸引力

| Abstract: | The land use in the development of small towns in Jiangsu province is analyzed, pointing out that the designation of small towns is somewhat going against the requirement of the development of urbanization in particular in the area of extensive use of land resources there. For this reason, ideas to rationally land use in small towns are raised in the province at the phase of bringing the layout for the small towns into the regional planning system, aiming at optimizing land use structure, improving environment quality for human settlement and the small towns more attractive. |
