| 摘 要： | 通过对国内城市群空间规划内容的分析和辽中城市群空间结构规划的实践,提出城市群空间结构规划应从城市群整体、都市区、城镇个体三个层次进行分析研究。其中,都市区层次应作为城市群空间结构规划的基本内容,重点进行研究。都市区空间规划主要通过对都市区内城镇个体的相关规划要素在空间上的协调,以达到统筹、协调发展的目的。 |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the spatial plans of ur- ban agglomeration in China, especially the practice in central Liaoning province, this paper argues that the spatial structure plan of urban agglomeration should include three levels: urban agglomeration, metropolitan area and individual city. Among which, the metro- politan area should be the essential content of the plan. The metropolitan area plan coordinates the dis- tribution of various elements of individual city to realize the target of the development. |
