| 摘 要： | 采用社会学、经济学和住区规划综合研究方法 ,研究了城市社区弱势居住群体的概念及特征 ,讨论了旧城社区阶层化演变进程 ;分析了旧城社区阶层化动力机制 ;对旧城社区如寿里居住状况和居民改善意愿进行了实态调查 ,提出了以经济能力、居住条件和社区服务改善为重点的旧城社区弱势居住群体居住质量改善领域 ,建立了基于住房社会保障、旧城更新改造和社区建设管理发展目标的我国旧城社区弱势居住群体居住质量可持续改善系统

| Abstract: | By using sociology, economics and human settlement planning theories, the paper studies the concept and characteristics of the disadvantaged community, discusses the changing process of community segregation in old city, analyses the dynamic mechanism of this change, investigates the dwelling situation and aspiration of community dwellers of Rushouli, an historic Li nong community in Wuhan, extends three approaches to improve the residential quality of weak dwelling population including improvement of resident earnings, residential condition and community service. At last, it suggests constructing a sustainable improvement system of residential quality for the disadvantaged in old city based on social housing security, urban renewal and community management. |
