| 摘 要： | 手机已成为广大市民生产和生活的日用品和必需品,而支持移动通信正常运行的关键设施-基站,却一直未作为城市基础设施纳入城市规划体系,主要由运营商通过市场方式来推动建设,面临选址难、建设难、被逼迁等困局。本文将借助法定图则平台,系统探讨基站专项规划的方法和技术手段,并配合专项法规实施有效管理。

| Abstract: | The mobile phone has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life.However,the key facility to support the operation of mobile communication,base station,has not been incorporated into the urban planning system.The stations are mainly built by the operators through market approach,which are faced with problems of site election,construction as well as relocation.This paper,based on the platform of statutory plan,examines the methods and techniques of wireless communication base station planning. |
