| 摘 要： | 以一个“计算机辅助地下管线设计与管理系统”的研究与开发为背景 ,对当前城市地下管线系统中存在于规划设计、管线动态管理等环节中的部分技术性问题进行了简要分析 ,针对问题的本质建设性地提出了解决策略和技术路线。

| Abstract: | Some technical problems existed in contemporary planning and design of infrastructure networks and its dynamic information management are analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, based on the study and the development of the computer-aided design and management system of the infrastructure networks, authors provide some corresponding strategies aimed at the essence of the problems. |
