城市人居环境与满意度评价研究

从安全、舒适、和谐、方便等原则出发 ,选择建筑质量等 5个准则 ,房型设计等 5 6个因素作为调查与评价因子 ,建立了城市人居环境满意度评估指标体系的基本框架 ,运用社会调查统计方法对城区主要居住地域进行综合评价 ,指出南京市区人居环境总体处于发展阶段 ,并提出了各居住地域人居环境优化措施和方案

THE EVALUATION OF URBAN RESIDENTIAL QUALITY AND SATISFACTION

Based on the principles of safety, comfort, harmony and convenience, the author puts forward the basic framework of evaluation in terms of the indexes system including physical quality of housing, environmental safety, landscaping plan, public services and social-cultural environment. Besides, the author also makes the comprehensive evaluation on urban residential quality in Nanjing City by the method of social survey statistics. The comprehensive evaluation value is 74 07 of Longjiang residential area, 85 81 of Meihua, 66 46 of Yuhua, 61 60 of Huxiao and 78 64 of Wutai respectively. The results show that the residential quality of Nanjing is in the improving phase. the author also puts forward the optimization measures and projects of residential quality in aforementioned residential areas.
