中国经济适用住房政策评析与建议

A CRITICAL REVIEW OF AFFORDABLE DECENT HOUSING POLICIES IN URBAN CHINA

Affordable decent housing is a kind of small-properties of economy,applicability and social security. The construction, distribution and consumption of affordable decent housing abides by the regularity of market economy so as to decide the scal of affordable housing by marked demand, take into account the capability of middle and low income families and their requirement of residential environment, select appropriate construction location and decide selling price. In this way, it's possible to realize the national goal of accelerating the construction of housing process to promote the development of national economy, to meet the increasing demand of housing of city inhabitants. This paper focuses on the above issue and puts forward some viewpoints and suggestions anfter deep exploration.
