都市里村庄的世纪抉择——关于深圳市罗湖区原农村城市化进程的调查报告

自从农业用地因城市建设需要被征用后， 深圳市罗湖区原农村实际已成为都市里的村庄， 其自身的经济发展模式、建设及管理和村民的思想意识都面临新的抉择。笔者对此进行调查、分析、研究， 从而得出： 只有更新思想， 以 “城市” 而不是 “农村” 的观念来约束村民， 摒弃 “粗放型” 的 急功 近 利 行为， 走 “集 约型”［１］ 的可持续发展道路， 才是村庄城市化发展的正确选择。

THE VILLAGE IN CITY A SURVEY OF THE URBANIZATION PROCESS IN LUOHU DISTRICT, SHENZHEN SEZ

Since the rural land is requisited for urban construction, the original rural area in Luohu district of Shenzhen has become a village in city. Under this circumstances, the economic development mode, construction, management and ideology of peasants have to be changed. This paper studied the related matters and put forward the idea that the rural urbanization is the right way to follow, the sense of urban not the rural community should be encouraged among the citizens and the intensive and sustainable development should be introduced while the rough and short sight action be got rid of.
