| 摘 要： | 结合北京的实际情况,确定了北京优秀近现代建筑概念及登录标准。经过普查共登记近现代建筑485处(1018栋)。在综合考虑了建筑类型、保存状态以及与文物保护单位的关系,并综合了相关专家、房屋产权人以及相关主管部门的意见后,确定了由71处(188栋)建筑组成的北京第一批优秀近现代建筑保护名录。
