| Abstract: | The urban renewal is an important part for Hong Kong economic development and urban construction. Since 1950s, Hong Kong has been changing although there are still many problems such as land requisition. The author reviews the process of the urban renewal in Hong Kong, gives remarks on the policy trend of Hong Kong government and the enlightenment to the mainland by analyzing the difficulties met by the land development corporations there. |
