| Abstract: | The Environment Impact AssessmentAct of China has taken effect since September 1, 2003,in which environment impact assessment of planningis integrated in the content of environment impactassessment for the first time. This paper presents thenecessity of planning environment impact assessmentand introduces the current trend in this field bothdomestically and internationally. It expounds the keyissues in planning environment impact assessmentand the counter-measures of the urban planning inthis process. |
