居民点重构——经济发达地区的一种城市化模式

学术界通常都认为城市化是人口由农村向城市集中的过程。实际上 ,城市化是一个连续、渐进的过程 ,近年来在经济发达地区出现的农村居民点的整合与重构 ,使农民的生活方式逐步实现由农村向城市的转化。这种人口由自然村向中心村镇的集中也应看作是城市化的一种形式。在一些发达地区出现的中心村建设的热点现象值得人们关注

RESTRUCTURING SETTLEMENTS: AN URBANIZATION MODE IN DEVELOPED AREA

It is believed in academic fields that urbanization is a process during which rural population flows into urban area. Since urbanization is a continued process, this paper considers the integration and restructuring of some rural settlements in developed areas demonstrates that the rural life style is gradually transferring to urban life style. It also offered that the concentration of population from natural villages to central villages should be regarded as one of the urbanization forms.
