山东南部地区的半城市化现象及问题探讨——以滕州市为例

以地处区域经济发展较快的山东南部地区县级市滕州为例,探讨了该地区的城镇化特征和驱动机制,采用实地调查的方式得出在位于交通廊道、人口密集、远离特大城市且区域经济发展较快的地区——滕州市也具有半城市化特征。同时分析了这种半城市化地区存在的问题,指出在该地区进行城镇体系规划时必须关注乡村居民点的整合,建立城乡统一的基础设施和公共服务设施标准,加强对这类地区乡村居民点建设和用地的引导。

PHENOMENON AND PROBLEM OF PERI-URBANIZATION IN SOUTH SHANDONG PROVINCE: A CASE STUDY OF TENGZHOU COUNTY

This paper, taking Tengzhou city as an example, which is located in south Shandong Province with a comparatively high speed economic development, discusses the characteristics of urbanization and mechanism. By site survey, it finds that even such a rapidly developed area as Tengzhou which are densely populated, far way from metropolis and situated in the transportation corridor, it still have the characteristic of perirbanization. Then by analyzing the problems in this area, it makes suggestions on the formulation of urban system planning such as integration of rural settlements, establishing urbanrural integrated infrastructure and facility standard, and enforcing the guidance in the construction and land use of rural settlements.
