| 摘 要： | 通过分析经济欠发达地区适宜技术的层次性,提出:选择具有中国小城镇特点的适宜技术并不是选择低技术,而是因地制宜地选择各种层次的、操作简单的生态技术,来实现小城镇建设的高起点、快发展。并以秸秆生产生态建材为例对上述观点进行说明。

| Abstract: | Utilizing ecological technology and de-veloping environment-friendly products has been animportant part of the sustainable development strat-egy of small towns. Technology can be classified intothree groups which are low technology, medium tech-nology and high technology, but the choice of theecological technology in cities should be different inaccordance with local environment, economicsdevelopment, peoples lifestyle and traditionalculture. Through the research on the ecological tech-nology and its adaptability, it is concluded that smalltown should adjust its choice of ecological technol-ogy to local conditions. |
