快速增长时期中小城市空间扩展及规划应对——以山东省招远市为例

针对现有文献在城市空间扩展的合理性评价和规划控制方面较为薄弱,以及对中小城市关注不够的事实,本文以山东半岛地区中等城市——招远为例,首先分析快速增长时期招远城市空间扩展的过程,接着采用定性与定量相结合的方法评价了其空间扩展的合理性,最后探讨了促进城市空间合理扩展的规划对策,以期为中西部地区中小城市空间扩展提供借鉴。

ASSESSMENT ON SPATIAL EXPANSION OF MEDIUM-AND SMALL-SIZED CITIES AMID RAPID GROWTH AND RELATED PLANNING COUNTERMEASURES:A CASE STUDY ON ZHAOYUAN CITY,SHANDONG PROVINCE

Considering the facts that the studies on the rationality assessment of urban spatial expansion and related planning control are still in deficiency and that the attention on development of medium-and small-sized cities are also lacked,this paper,with Zhaoyuan,a medium-sized city on Shandong Peninsular,as an example,analyzes the process of urban spatial expansion amid rapid growth of Zhaoyuan and conducts an assessment on the rationality of the spatial expansion,using both qualitative and quantitative methods.Moreover,it puts forward related planning countermeasures for the promotion of rational urban spatial expansion,in order to provide useful references for the spatial development of medium-and small-sized cities in central and western China.
