| 摘 要： | 就两国城市住宅开发的规划与发展、资金运作、管理维修三大方面进行了扼要的对比 ,辨别了中新城市住宅开发异同 ,探索了新加坡大众住房开发中可供我国借鉴的成功经验 ,提出了在新加坡取得良好效果、并对我国城市住宅开发有益的一些成功做法。
