小区土地利用"绿色"设计趋势

“节约土地”、合理利用土地资源是实现可持续发展的重要原则。“节约土地”包含两层含义，一方面建设用地应尽可能少地占用土地，另一方面建设用地应尽可能多地“取之于地，还之于地”。探讨了我国城市住宅小区土地利用的绿色设计趋势，其中包括：集约化土地利用，采用高层低密度建筑布局，进行架空绿化层设计以及建筑向地下、半地下空间发展等，期望对我国21世纪绿色住宅建设中土地资源合理利用提供借鉴。

Green Design Tendencies of Land Using in City Districts

Saving land and using land resources rationally are very important principles to realize sustainable development. "Saving land" has two contents. One hand, we should occupy less land in construction activities. On the other hand, we should largely return the land we have already taken up. This paper discusses the tendencies of "Green Design" in the part of land using in city districts. These tendencies include using land integratedly, adopting the plan of "high-stories with low ratio" , holding up the first floor to create green land, constructing building under ground or half underground and so on. Through this discussion this paper can put some advices on "Green Design" in the part of land using for house construction of our country in the 21 st century.
