| 摘 要： | 以宅内行为模式与集合住宅的关系为基础，概述了1949年以来中国集合住宅的发展与演变，试图说明社会生活对住宅的影响是具体地通过对宅内行为模式的影响而达到的，并且宅内行为模式的内容和变迁途径决定着住宅的内容与变迁途径。

| Abstract: | This essay curtly discussed the development and evolution of congregate housing in China after 1949 based on the mode of interior behavior. It tried to explain that not only housing form was influenced by society life through the mode of interior behavior,the contents and variance of interior behavior also determined the contents and variance of housing. |
