| 摘 要： | 城市住宅在我国目前的发展时期里一直是城市开发的重要产业,也是关系到城市发展、产业经济、社会稳定的重要因素。通过对海口、深圳这两个我国的经济特区城市住宅开发建设的比较研究,从城市居住主体、住宅市场发展等方面探讨海口城市开发中存在的问题。

| Abstract: | Urban residential housing development has been a very important industry in city development in the current stage of the economic development in China, as well as an important factor related to city development, industrial economy and social stability. This article studies the issues in city development of Haikou with respect to urban residents and residential housing market development, through comparison of the residential housing development of Haikou and Shenzhen, two special economic development cities in our country. |
